Not-for-Profit organisations are under increasing pressure to deliver more services, improve efficiency, and remain secure, often without additional budget or resources.

At the same time, cloud and AI technologies are evolving rapidly, creating both opportunity and complexity.

This in-person and online event is designed specifically for NFP leaders and technology teams looking to modernise in a practical, budget-conscious way, without replacing the systems they already depend on.

Hosted with Microsoft, Versent (Telstra) and Azured, the session focuses on how NFPs can maximise their existing Microsoft investments, adopt cloud and AI capabilities safely, and respond more quickly to organisational and community needs.

NFP Customer Spotlight

WISE Employment needed to replace ageing on-premises infrastructure due to frequent outages and platform risk.

Working with Azured, it migrated to a secure, cost-effective Microsoft Azure environment without disrupting operations, and with a focus on enabling WISE to manage its new cloud systems confidently.

Within weeks, system stability, performance, and security improved significantly. The business-critical Tunnel application now runs faster and more reliably with stronger access controls, while monthly infrastructure costs have fallen by up to AU$10,000 through better scaling and removal of unused services.

With a resilient cloud foundation in place, WISE can now pursue strategic initiatives such as further cloud optimisation and new system integrations.

You will learn:

How to modernise incrementally using Microsoft Cloud, whether you’re just beginning in Azure or looking to take the next step
How low-code platforms, Copilot, AI Foundry and generative AI can be used to rapidly prototype solutions and address real needs
How to empower staff with modern tools while maintaining governance, security, and control
Practical next steps for NFPs running workloads in Azure, including cost optimisation and security uplift
What responsible AI adoption looks like in an NFP context, and how to avoid common pitfalls
This session is focused on practical outcomes, not theory, helping NFPs modernise with purpose while staying aligned to their mission.
